tea facilities friendly staff uncomfortable bed hot room
the building is beautiful. my room had everything i wanted, including tea and coffee facilities. the restaurant was clean and tidy. the staff were amazing and friendly.
i stayed for two nights, the rooms were lovely decor after being refurbished. the beds were very uncomfortable. the room was too hot, i had to order a fan at 3 am as i couldn't open windows.

an okay stay
fresh breakfast quality produce size room missing cards loud music wedding event
the cooked breakfast was freshly prepared I found the quality of the produce to be good it was presented well the garden and play area looked nice for kids I thought the room was a good size
i found no do not disturb door cards available instead the hotel provides instructions to notify reception if service is not wanted i was woken up by a knock at the door from the cleaner the music was loud the hotel hosts weddings and other events i struggled to sleep before 1 am

Immaculate Venue with Really good Service
constant contact detailed plan expert arrangement evident professionalism
The wedding team maintained constant contact with us for two years prior to our wedding. They promptly answered many emails with detailed plans. The team expertly arranged our 80s movie theme, custom centerpieces, and tables. Ellie and the team ensured the day flowed seamlessly. Their professionalism was evident.
The hotel bar had a very limited, uninspiring menu with only five choices of starter and main courses.

The building and grounds display lovely features. Tea and coffee facilities were in the room, along with an iron and ironing board. Outdoor seating was plentiful .

The Scottish breakfast was excellent, a true highlight of the stay. The restaurant staff delivered excellent service, remaining both polite and attentive to all needs. The food arrived promptly.
